Our latest home features an elevation highlighted with stone, slate porch with archway and columns, internal side-load garage and maintenance free trim.  The dining room box bay window was capped with a metal roof which accents the stone exterior. Inside, we continued the stone theme by partially wrapping the columns and highlighting the fireplace with a raised hearth, stone surround and custom mantel.  The espresso cabinets and granite top underscores the color contrast and complements the stainless steel appliances and brushed nickel fixtures throughout.  The trim package was duplicated from the 1st home with added focal points of a double tray ceiling in the family room and a custom coffered ceiling in the dining room.  The bathrooms feature custom tile work, oversized shower enclosure and bench seat with dual shower heads. We love to design our homes for the dramatic effect upon entering the front door but this home elicits that response with its curb appeal.
